World of Warcraft Classic Prepares Something New to Replace "Season of Discovery" and "New Beginning"
After the conclusion of the "Season of Discovery," the WoW Classic development team hasn't shared much about their new projects. Former producer and now designer Josh Greenfield explained the reasons for his recent silence.
With the team's growth and an increase in projects (including Mists of Pandaria and "New Beginning"), the internal structure has been revised. Greenfield, who has previously been involved in a wide range of tasks—from planning to design implementation—has officially moved to the position of game designer. He is fully focused on developing long-term content and story concepts, as well as creating new game material.
Due to this deep involvement in current projects, Greenfield has had to limit his public presence. He doesn't find it appropriate to comment on development details he isn’t directly working on.
The team is in a transitional phase, adapting to new roles but is already gaining momentum. Greenfield promised that players will soon see the results of their work and wished everyone a Happy New Year.
