The release of the rtx 50 super has not been canceled but there are no longer any set timelines

According to VideoCardz, citing sources among manufacturing partners, NVIDIA has decided to temporarily pause the development and release of the GeForce RTX 50 SUPER lineup. This is not yet a cancellation of the updated lineup's release, but there are no approximate timelines for such an event now.

NVIDIA is redirecting all available engineering resources and TSMC's production capacities to prepare the next generation of AI accelerators, which bring the company significantly more profit than gaming graphics cards.

Another issue is the limited production of GDDR7 memory. NVIDIA prefers to use available stocks for standard RTX 50 models and, of course, AI accelerators, rather than splitting supplies for additional SUPER variants.
