Developers of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves announce second season
SNK has officially announced the second season of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, releasing a new trailer, which is scheduled to begin on January 22, 2026.
Fans can expect six new characters to be released monthly over a six-month period. The following character additions have been confirmed:
- KIM JAE HOON
- NIGHTMARE GEESE
- BLUE MARY
- WOLFGANG KRAUSER
- Two mystery characters (to be announced later)
The Fatal Fury franchise debuted on Neo Geo in 1991. Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves introduces the new REV system, a set of tools that offers offensive capabilities from the start of the fight. REV Arts, REV Accel, and REV Blows are unique moves that can cause the REV gauge to overheat.
This game uses the Arcade Style control scheme for precise technical moves, while Smart Style is ideal for beginners who want to perform special moves and combos with a minimum number of button presses.
