Publisher Fireshine Games and studio Janson RAD announced the release date for the vibrant side-scroller Gunboat God. The game will launch on PC and consoles on April 13th.
Gunboat God invites players to take the helm of a heavily armed boat and fight their way through chaotic seas. Players will need to shoot fast, dodge even faster, and survive a dense onslaught of enemies. The developers promise high-octane action: short, intense missions encourage players to try "just one more time" right after a defeat.
The campaign features 180 levels and over 20 modes and challenges, including "Collision Course" and "Survival." Players will face more than 70 enemy types and several major bosses with multi-phase battles. Each encounter demands precision, quick reflexes, and smart tactical choices.

The arsenal in Gunboat God is extensive: eight types of cannons with upgrade options, lasers, bombs, and even an exotic "Vaporizer." Players unlock new abilities, enhance their projectiles, and combine effects to blow up enemies in spectacular fashion. The boat can transform mid-battle, helping players maneuver between mines, dodge acid rain, and change their playstyle on the fly.
Assistance in this insane bullet hell comes from Yeti, a talking crocodile mechanic. He helps upgrade the boat and unlock its full potential.
Players can become the most fearsome force across the seven seas in Gunboat God on PC (Steam), Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5. Russian language support is included. A demo version is available on Valve's store.
