Minecraft Coming to Steam Soon
According to journalist Jez Corden, several major Xbox exclusive titles will appear on Steam in the coming months. The most likely candidate is Minecraft, the only major Microsoft title still missing from Valve's platform.
Corden notes that Microsoft recognizes the shift of players towards Steam and is adjusting its strategy. In his opinion, the future Xbox console will become more PC-like and could resemble a full Windows device while maintaining compatibility with the Xbox library.
However, he also pointed out problems. Microsoft is currently an "unpopular company," which affects developers' attitudes. The Xbox app for PC has also faced criticism, where games outside the Game Pass subscription are poorly visible and navigation is inconvenient.
