"Robin Hood" with Sean Bean Gets a Second Season
Amazon and MGM have officially renewed the series "Robin Hood" for a second season. The new chapter will again consist of ten episodes, with filming set to begin this summer in Serbia.
The plot will expand the universe's boundaries beyond Sherwood Forest and Nottingham—the action will move to the courts of England, France, and Rome. Sean Bean, Stephen Waddington, Connie Nielsen, and others will return to their roles.
The first season received generally positive reviews from viewers but faced criticism in the UK for historical inaccuracies. The premiere date for the second season has not yet been announced.
