World of Warcraft: Midnight Creators Showcase Location of the Eternal Song Forest
In the new expansion review of World of Warcraft: Midnight, the developers detailed that the main city of the region remains Moonrest, while the entire kingdom of Quel'Thalas faces a looming threat — the Celestial Shadow. Locals must defend themselves not only from external dangers but also from long-standing enemies and the aftermath of the Scourge invasion, which left behind dark corners best avoided.
The journey begins with a mission from Regent Lor'themar Theron. Players will assist four elven military factions: the Blood Knights, the Rangers, the Magisters, and the Sunstriders. By participating in events and weekly quests, players can increase their reputation with each faction and earn unique cosmetic rewards.
At the center of social life are Saltheril's receptions, where high politics intertwine with the personal dramas of the local nobility. To explore the region, players can now ride steeds without loading screens, allowing them to admire the golden spires and treetops from above.
Dungeon enthusiasts have three new dungeons awaiting them. In Moonrest's Dark Alley, players must uncover a network of fel smugglers. The Windrunner Tower, once home to a famous family, is now haunted by restless ghosts due to a rivalry between sisters. On the Magisters' Terrace, where the key to entering the Celestial Shadow is kept, players will face an invasion of Void creatures.
