The Chinese studio Eclipse Glow Games has released a fresh technical dev diary for their fantasy action title Tides of Annihilation, the one they first showed off last year. This episode spends almost all of its runtime on what the team calls a "deep technical partnership" with Epic Games and NVIDIA — a lot of engine-level talk and profiling screens rather than flashy reveal footage.

Earlier demos left players calling out severe frame-rate dips during massive clashes; that criticism shows up in the new video. The devs go into how they're tackling those drops, from profiling hot paths to GPU-side adjustments and LOD/streaming changes (esp. tweaks meant to reduce GPU stalls), so the upcoming summer test won't be the same as the public demos you may have seen.

Producer Kun Fu confirmed a hands-on event for summer 2026: a free public demo, open for registration through the studio's official social channels.
