DOOM: The Dark Ages Receives Its Biggest Discount on Steam — Shooter Now 67% Cheaper

Studio id Software has launched a sale on Steam to mark its 35th anniversary. While legendary company is being congratulated by industry peers, and the developers themselves promise to delight players with some surprises, DOOM: The Dark Ages has received its new maximum discount. The shooter can be purchased for 67% less. This applies to both the standard version and the premium edition. The latter includes a pass for the story DLC, which has not yet been released. However, fans will likely be treated to new levels this year.
The developers promise to add a secret weapon to the add-on, as well as include more backtracking elements in the new levels.
Among the discounts on other id Software games, the following interesting offers are worth noting:
- Rage — 70% off;
- RAGE 2 — 80% off;
- Heretic + Hexen — 33% off;
- Commander Keen — 60% off;
- Quake — 67% off;
- DOOM (2016) — 80% off;
- DOOM Eternal — 80% off.
In the PlayStation Store and the Xbox store, such a generous discount for DOOM: The Dark Ages is not yet available. It may be added later.
Recall that DOOM: The Dark Ages was released in May 2025. Since then, the game has received several major updates, including a survival mode against waves of monsters.
