It seems that 2025 really was the year of Expedition 33. After becoming the absolute record holder at The Game Awards 2025, taking home 9 statuettes, the game continues its winning streak. Yesterday, the finalists for the prestigious Game Developers Choice Awards 2026 were announced, and Sandfall Interactive's project was once again in the spotlight.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 set an incredible bar, receiving nominations in 8 out of 9 possible categories. The only category in which the game is not represented is Social Impact.
