Sales of OLED monitors are rapidly growing and are expected to continue rising
According to fresh data from the analytical agency TrendForce, the OLED monitor market in 2025 has finally ceased to be a "niche." Panel shipments grew by an impressive 64% compared to 2024 (3.2 million monitors versus approximately 2 million). Furthermore, it is expected that over 15 million OLED monitors will be sold by 2030.
The key suppliers of matrices for OLED monitors at the moment are Samsung and LG, while the monitors themselves are produced by virtually all self-respecting manufacturers. Every month, the number of new OLED monitor models only increases, and along with this, their prices are falling. For example, it is now possible to get a new 27-inch 1440p monitor with a QD-OLED matrix for about 30,000 rubles, which was practically impossible just a year or a year and a half ago.
Currently, the most advanced OLED panels surpass standard LED solutions in literally every possible parameter, and their only remaining weakness is still the risk of organic LED burn-in.
