The developers of Warframe from Digital Extremes have announced a delay in the game's global release on Android due to a critical error preventing some users from logging into their accounts. The issue manifests as an infinite loading loop during authorization and affects a range of devices, including Google Pixel smartphones and some tablets.
The global launch was originally scheduled for this week, but the team has not yet been able to identify the exact cause of the failure and a new release date has not been announced — specialists first need to fully understand the bug.
The Android version continues to work in Canada, where regional testing took place; Canadian players can still download and access the game, and their activity will help the studio track the effectiveness of future fixes and determine when the error will be completely resolved.
