Xbox Finally Has a Community Manager: The Company Has Started "Listening to Players"

Asha Sharma, who runs Xbox, said the company has spun up a team devoted to turning direct player requests into real features. This isn't just talk: FYI, the group already shipped an update to achievements and pushed some UI refinements to the console faster than before.

Some will call it overdue; others will wait for proof. Sharma framed community input as something Xbox is taking more seriously now and promised more tools "by players for players" are coming soon. Devs and PMs are involved, apparently — so expect iteration, not miracles.

Sharma also asked players to keep sending feedback — pls keep it coming, she said — because the team wants ongoing reports, threads, clips, etc. Whether this becomes a steady pipeline or another short-lived experiment is for time (and players) to decide.
