The Master’s Enigma update for Star Wars: The Old Republic, which goes live today, picks up after Malgus slips away. You’ll end up aboard the research vessel Enigma, poking through whatever traces of Darth Nul remain; at the same time, faction leaders are squaring off over the fallout from recent fights. I have to admit, some of the briefings feel almost too pointed — in a good way, maybe.
Galactic Trials moves into its tenth season with a rejigged rewards layout: prizes from S1 and S3 have been folded together and sprinkled with fresh additions. Companion unlocks include Altuur zok Adon and PH4-LNX, w/ their cust. sets available — so if you were saving creds, now’s a time to decide.
There are new dating missions for Kira Carsen and Torian Cadera aimed at Jedi and Bounty Hunters; finishing those arcs nets unique home decorations. If romance quests are your thing, these add a few scenes worth replaying (choices matter, FYI).
The Spring Festival of Plenty returns, bringing the usual seasonal amusements — egg hunts, cooking contests, and other mini-games that tend to eat a few hrs of your weekend. Somehow the cooking contest still gets me every year.
