Throne and Liberty merges 37 servers worldwide — what will change for players

Amazon Games has announced a large-scale server consolidation for Throne and Liberty, starting on March 12. The first move: merge NA East and NA West with South America into one Americas region (NA-E, NA-W, SA → AM). After that, more game-world merges will roll out across other regions.

In total 37 servers are affected: 18 in the Americas (AM), 14 in Europe (EU-C), and 5 in Northeast Asia (APNE). When the dust settles, the AM region will be down to eight servers — with new names and one server dedicated to PlayStation (PS) only. EU-C drops to five servers, APNE to two. Some players will welcome denser populations; others will be watching latency and community identity shifts closely.

The devs say the point is to concentrate players so mechanics that need numbers actually work. That covers large-scale features — castle sieges, arch-boss encounters, group dungeons and raids — systems that can stall when too few players are online at once.

Auction houses (AH) get merged as well. AM will end up with two AHs: one for the PS-only server, one for all remaining AM servers. EU-C and APNE each get a single, combined AH. Any listed lots will be returned to storage; spent Lucent will be refunded where applicable.

Expect schedule changes: arch-boss times, guild events and siege windows will be adjusted to fit the new server setup. Captured castles will be reset and leaderboards cleared as part of the process.

A full list of the servers being merged has already been published, so players have time to prepare. Check the official channels for the exact names and timing.
