Third-party solutions open access to Steam on Mac
Third-party developers, using open-source software, are giving Mac users what the company never provided—access to the Steam library without being tied to the operating system or processor architecture.
GameSir, a company primarily known for manufacturing controllers and peripherals, has announced the release of the GameHub application for the Mac platform. The published materials feature the Mac Studio, Mac mini, MacBook, as well as demonstrations of games like Black Myth: Wukong and God of War: Ragnarok running.
Meanwhile, Apple is taking steps to attract major publishers (including CD Projekt Red, Capcom, and Ubisoft) to its platform, but these efforts are still insufficient to meet the demands of the broader PC audience.
