Upcoming Arc Raiders Update to Nerf Kettle Rifle and Trigger Nades

The next ARC Raiders update will be released on January 13 and will include balance changes. Lead designer Virgil Watkins
Key changes will address weapons that the Embark studio considers overly effective, specifically the Kettle semi-automatic rifle and Trigger Nades.
Players have shown how this equipment can turn the battlefield into chaos. With proper skill, the Kettle can instantly take out opponents, so its firing rate will be limited.
Trigger Nades required more adjustments. Firstly, the grenade's damage spread has been significantly adjusted, requiring more precise throws. Secondly, developers have increased the activation time of the grenade.
Arc Raiders launched on October 30, 2025, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series, gathering 87% positive reviews on Steam. It is continually updated and developed. Currently, the creators are considering adding player trading and other social features.
