The "Twilight Ascension" Event Paves the Way for the Midnight Expansion in World of Warcraft
The pre-release event "Twilight Ascension" has begun in the MMORPG World of Warcraft, heralding the arrival of the Midnight expansion. Players must venture into the harsh lands of the Twilight Highlands to confront the sinister Cult of the Twilight Blade. The cultists are secretly working to summon reinforcements through dark rituals, and only the combined efforts of the Alliance and Horde heroes can stop the impending threat.
The event will be available from January 28th until the release of Midnight on March 2nd. To join the fight, you only need a character of level 10 or higher. Depending on your faction, the quest will be given by Magister Umbric in Stormwind (for the Alliance) or Grand Magister Rommath in Orgrimmar (for the Horde).
By completing the introductory quest chain, participants will receive commemorative rewards: the Twilight Blade Tabard and the ironic title "Never a Cultist."
Those who appreciate the aesthetic side of the game won't be left out either. At the Blacksmith Kalinovan, you can purchase item level 121 gear with the ability to upgrade to Champion 1/8. And the Materialist Ofinell offers a rich selection of cosmetic rewards: from pets and a mount to a toy, housing decorations, and transmog sets.
