Chinese Mythology and Bruce Lee – Action RPG Genigods: Nezha Announced for PC and PS5
Studio Genigods Lab has announced Genigods: Nezha – a hardcore action RPG based on Chinese myths about the creation of the world. Players will take on the role of the first life created by the great goddess Nüwa, reborn as Nezha.
They will embark on a thrilling journey, driven by three grand quests:
- restore the sky using multicolored stones;
- uncover the truth about their own origin;
- descend into the Abyss to close space-time rifts.
The developers promise epic battles with giant deities between heaven and earth, mythical abilities, and a combat system that "embodies Bruce Lee's famous philosophy: 'Be like water.'"
Genigods: Nezha is being developed on UE5 and will be released in 2028 for PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5.
