The World of Warcraft development team is actively fueling the community's interest in the upcoming Midnight pre-update, scheduled for release on January 21. Tonight, the studio posted a couple of images on social media showing the new features awaiting players.
One of the key innovations will be housing enterprises — a feature that expands the possibilities for personal space customization. At the same time, new exterior design options for blood elf and night elf-style homes will appear in the game. This will allow players to give their homes a unique look that reflects the aesthetics of their chosen factions.
The update will also bring improvements to the transmogrification system: players will get additional options for customizing the appearance of their equipment. Another notable addition will be the appearance of the Abyssal elves as demon hunters — this race will expand the list of available classes and offer new character development options. In addition, players will be able to try out the new "Devourer" specialization, which will bring fresh mechanics to the gameplay. The developers have also focused on optimizing the interface — a number of improvements are expected, aimed at increasing the convenience of interacting with the game systems.
The team is now focused on generating as much interest as possible among the audience before the update is released.
