Pathologic 3 developers continue to fix the game at a rapid pace after its release Ice-Pick Lodge studio continues to quickly refine Pathologic 3 — the game has already received its fourth hotfix update. The team focused on fixing key issues affecting the plot logic and quest state correctness. In the new update, the developers made significant changes to several important storylines. In particular, they managed to adjust the course of Junior Vlad's story. Problems in the ending of Katerina's storyline (day nine) and in the episode with patient Oktay (day five) have also been fixed. However, players who encountered these bugs earlier will need to either start a new playthrough or use a special console command to completely eliminate the consequences.
In addition, a bug in the funeral scene related to incorrect interaction with Isidor's body has been fixed. The developers also paid attention to the interface and text content: an additional text hint now appears when saving the game, and typos found in various interface elements and dialogues have been corrected.
Ice-Pick Lodge representatives expressed their gratitude to the gaming community for their active help in testing. According to them, player reports of bugs significantly speed up the process of identifying and fixing flaws. The team assured that it will continue to release hotfixes to further improve the game.
Pathologic 3 was released on January 9 and received very positive reviews in the Russian segment of Steam. The game is currently available on PC and PlayStation 5. The Xbox Series version is scheduled for release on January 23.
