Tom Clancy's The Division: Definitive Edition Announced - Alas, It's a Remaster
Ubisoft has announced Tom Clancy's The Division: Definitive Edition in honor of the upcoming tenth anniversary of Tom Clancy’s The Division. Its advertisement had previously been spotted in Japan.
Alas, the audience is not getting a remake, but merely an ultimate edition, which will include all expansions and "cosmetic" packs. Essentially, it's a more complete analog of the Gold Edition, which will now be replaced by this new edition. It will cost, by the way, 50 dollars, and sales will start in March — on the 8th, The Division will turn exactly 10 years old.
Recall that earlier Ubisoft announced a crossover between The Division 2 and Assassinʼs Creed, which will take place in the former from January 29 to February 12. The limited-time event is a battle pass with two progression tracks featuring various items in the spirit of Ubisoft's famous franchise.
