The creators of Where Winds Meet revealed details of a major update coming January 9

The devs behind the wuxia action title Where Winds Meet dropped a heads-up about a sizable January 9 patch. Expect a chunk of new content and some gameplay tweaks rather than just a few bugfixes.
It will include:
- The Nine Mortal Ways camp — a hub with varied encounters and events, plus the puzzle cave Mistveil Prison;
- The final chapter of Kaifeng’s arc and a face-off with the mighty boss Supreme Freedom;
- The preseason Guild Battle tournament: six intense matches designed for PvP squads;
- New combat minigames and additional modes to mix up the action.
Guilds got a noticeable share of attention in the notes.
As a reminder, per the roadmap, another wave of quests, a fresh storyline, and a new region arrive between January 15 and 29. The team will share specifics on those additions in follow-up posts.
Where Winds Meet runs on PC, PS5, Android, and iOS. By December last year it had attracted over 15 million players.
