Stardew Valley Gets a Standalone Version for Nintendo Switch 2

Today, the independent developer ConcernedApe's team delighted fans of Stardew Valley with a new version for the flagship Nintendo console. Owners of the game on the original Switch have access to a free update, while others can purchase the title for $14.99.

Features of the Nintendo Switch 2 version include:

• Mouse mode support on Joy-Cons.
• Local co-op support with split-screen for up to four players.
• Online multiplayer support for up to eight players.
• Game Share function support, allowing gameplay with friends with only one copy of the game needed.

Meanwhile, ConcernedApe continues working on the global 1.7 update alongside the new game Haunted Chocolatier.
