Soviet Games announces "Everlasting Summer 2" — a sequel to the cult visual novel
Soviet Games has announced a sequel to the visual novel Everlasting Summer. As early as this spring, "Everlasting Summer 2" will receive a free demo featuring new and old characters, over 80,000 words of script, music, and more. For now, the game can be added to your wishlist. You can already pre-order Everlasting Summer 2 on the Soviet Games website — the basic edition for PC or smartphone will cost 900 rubles. The names of those who pre-order will appear in the novel's credits, and they will also receive all future DLC for free. The developers do not rule out that the game may be more expensive at release than during the pre-order period.
You can see the key heroines of the sequel on the poster and in the screenshots. As for the main character, it is Alexey — an ordinary guy who falls asleep on bus number 410 and ends up in the pioneer camp "Sovyonok". Semyon's adventures have had an impact on this place, but players will have a chance to find answers to questions left over from the first part.
The gameplay in the sequel will remain unchanged. Gamers can expect dozens of hours of reading and the ability to make decisions throughout the story. Naturally, support for fan modifications will also be included.

Soviet Games stated that the development of "Everlasting Summer 2" will be accompanied by adjustments based on fan feedback. The game itself is called a big step forward for the entire studio, which released the first part and Love, Money, Rock'n'Roll. However, players have already noticed the use of neural networks in creating the sequel's poster... Two girls in the image have six fingers. This is not an idea of heroines with a congenital anomaly, but a mistake, as
"We are very ashamed of the 6 fingers! We ourselves don't understand how this could have happened. It's not a neural network! Everything was drawn by hand! We will fix it as soon as possible!" stated Soviet Games.
