Pre-orders for the new HUAWEI Mate X7 foldable smartphone and the open-ear HUAWEI FreeClip 2 earbuds have officially started in Russia. The new products are aimed at users who value premium design, high reliability, and advanced multimedia capabilities.
Thin Body and Reinforced Construction
The HUAWEI Mate X7 combines compactness and durability: the device weighs about 235 grams, with a thickness of 9.5 mm when folded and 4.5 mm when unfolded. The smartphone features an external screen made of second-generation Kunlun Glass and an updated hinge mechanism with ultra-strong steel elements. The design is complemented by multi-layer protection using non-Newtonian fluid and a frame made of aviation-grade aluminum. It also boasts water and dust resistance with IP58 and IP59 ratings.
Second-Generation XMAGE Camera and 4K Ultra HDR
One of the key features of the HUAWEI Mate X7 is the second-generation XMAGE camera system. It provides more realistic color reproduction and high aperture, which is especially noticeable in complex lighting conditions. The main 50 MP HDR module is equipped with a physical aperture with 10 stops, and the periscopic telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom allows for capturing distant objects and macro shots with a high level of detail. The smartphone also supports Ultra HDR video recording in 4K with an extended dynamic range.
AI Features and Large Screen Work
The foldable form factor is complemented by a set of AI capabilities.
