The developers of Once Human addressed questions after the May 13 patch that reworked the Meta Pass. Players quickly began asking about unused subscription days and items they expected from the previous pass version — understandable, since things changed overnight.
According to the studio, unclaimed daily rewards will be sent automatically via in-game mail. This covers both players who still have an active Meta Pass and those whose pass expired after the update (i.e., nobody with pending daily prizes is supposed to be left out).
They also added extra compensation for any remaining days: the system converted days into bonus rewards on a 1 remaining day = 1 compensation reward basis, with a cap of 15 bonuses. These, too, are delivered through in-game mail.
The team says all compensations were credited automatically, but with so much data to process occasional hiccups can happen. If you didn’t receive what you expected or think the amount is wrong (e.g., missing items or fewer bonuses than you counted), contact support via the in-game service ASAP — they’ll check your account.
