Machine Party — a dark party game from the creator of Buckshot Roulette, releasing on July 30

Imagine a mix of Mario Party and Saw — that rough comparison describes the latest from the maker of the hit Buckshot Roulette, Mike Klubnika. Only a few months after the announcement, the developer declared a launch date: July 30.

Machine Party throws players into cooperative, often gruesome mini-games where finishing the task means staying alive — or at least not being the next unlucky target. Expect tense decisions, some mechanical nastiness, and room for both teamwork and betrayal.

The developer highlighted the key features of the project:

  • A collection of harsh mini-games (e.g., timed trials and trap-based puzzles).
  • Co-op for 2 to 4 players.
  • Industrial soundtrack composed by Alex Peipman.
  • Character customization options.
  • Numerous ways to cunningly sabotage your friends.

Grab 2-3 friends and try to survive by completing assignments that become increasingly questionable. After all, isn’t your life worth more than theirs?

Early in development, we decided to create 5 mini-games per month to see whether we wanted to finish this project. Our first playtest with a couple of friends was full of laughter and surprises, but we also felt a strange atmosphere of industrial nightmare.

It turned out to be a lot of fun, and the atmosphere was perfect. After that, we went further and completed the rest of the project. Machine Party has evolved into a diverse range of game systems, gameplay mechanics, and brutal executions. We look forward to you trying it out yourself and hope you will enjoy it as much as we did! Mike Klubnika

Machine Party is announced only for PC (Steam) with RU text localization.
