NVIDIA has introduced the beta version of the updated NVIDIA App (version 11.0.6). Its official release is scheduled for January 13, but users can already gain early access by activating the beta testing option in the settings. This is necessary to use the DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution technology.
The update brings several key changes. New NVIDIA Surround features have been added to the control panel, including hotkey support and bezel correction, as well as enhanced monitoring capabilities — debug mode and GPU performance counters.
In addition, several issues have been fixed. These include the disappearance of the app overlay after changing screen resolution, incorrect recording bitrate setting to 150 Mbps after reboot, issues with changing the recording save folder, and an error where photos taken in "Super Resolution" mode on series 50 GPUs appeared blank.
