Sony demonstrates marketing wonders: the company revealed the release date of the AAA blockbuster Marvel’s Wolverine not at the State of Play presentation and not in a spectacular trailer — a picture on social media was enough. Logan’s new adventures start on September 15.
Recall that the game is developed by Insomniac Games — the creators of the Marvel’s Spider-Man series. Unlike Spider-Man, Wolverine does not spare his enemies — you are in for brutal action with blood and dismemberment. The developers assure that Wolverine turned out much darker than one might expect from Insomniac.
To uncover the secrets of his dark past, the main character will visit various locations, including the island nation of Madripoor, the snowy Canadian wilderness, and the narrow streets of Tokyo. On his way, Wolverine will meet Mystique, Red Omega, and other characters.
Marvel’s Wolverine will appear on PlayStation 5.
