KRAFTON to Release 12 Games in 2 Years
It Has 26 Products in Development in Total
KRAFTON has presented its development strategy up to 2026, based on transforming game projects into multi-genre franchises. The core approach is to release games in early or limited access to test demand before scaling them up.
The company's current portfolio includes 26 projects, 12 of which will be released in the next two years, including Subnautica 2, Palworld Mobile, and NO LAW.
Successful early releases, such as inZOI and MIMESIS, have already been identified as strategic franchises for long-term development.
KRAFTON will also expand its key franchise, PUBG, turning it into a content platform with user-created mods, and will continue to implement artificial intelligence to automate development processes.
