Hiyuki, Denia, New Collaborations, and Other Highlights of the 3.3 Update for Wuthering Waves
Kuro Games previewed the 3.3 update for Wuthering Waves, calling it Reverbs From the End of Galaxies. The patch lands on April 30 and brings a dense drop of new content: three main quests, a slew of rewards, and a two-stage event that hands out fresh motorcycle paint jobs inspired by other titles such as Resident Evil, PRAGMATA, and Angry Birds — yes, that last one is oddly playful.
Two new Resonators arrive with this build. Hiyuki joins from the Glacio Special Rapid Response Unit; Denia is a Fusion-element student at Startorch Academy.
Weaponry expands too, with two new weapon types labeled Frostburn and Forged Dwarf Star. For fans of cosmetic detail, Morny gets a new outfit called Plush Dream.
Exploration gets a nudge as well: the Dimr Plains are opened up for players who like to wander or hide in tall grass. Combat-wise, there’s a new tactical hologram named Sigillum to tinker with and test strategies against.
Several systems receive tweaks meant to feel less clunky. Clothing gains an accessory system; motorcycles see handling and visual improvements. UI adjustments touch the Resonator pages, Team, Data Bank, Guide, and Backpack, and some interfaces will offer new ways to view and switch a Resonator’s "Resonance Mode". On mobile, a dedicated frame-generation system is being added to help midrange devices (e.g., many Snapdragon 6/7-series handsets) keep framerates steadier and draw less battery.
Finally, Kuro Games revealed a global concert tour, To the New World, set for the end of 2026. It will start in Shanghai and move through Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei, Singapore, and Los Angeles, featuring live performances of the game’s music. Tour dates will be shared in the coming weeks.
