GFA Games "Showed" Updated Interface for MMO Shooter Pioner, Changes Only the Most Attentive Players Will Notice

The GFA Games team, developing the MMO shooter Pioner, continues to refine the project—not only fixing technical shortcomings but also expanding the game's functionality. In a recent address to the community, the developers presented concepts for two upcoming interface solutions.

The first new feature will be a text chat available directly in the game. According to the authors' plan, this function will allow players to quickly exchange messages without switching to third-party applications or windows. The developers hope this solution will make team interaction more convenient and natural.

The second announced feature is an animated "Use Medkit" prompt. This element will point to the slot containing medical supplies, helping the player orient themselves faster in intense combat. The team notes that the hint is designed to reduce the risk of character death through the prompt use of healing items. However, the developers acknowledge that some of the audience might perceive the prompt as an excessive interface element.

For those who didn't notice anything: the chat is in the left part of the screen, and the medication usage warning is in the lower left corner of the central part of the screen.

Work on the new mechanics is proceeding in parallel with bug fixes and server infrastructure optimization. Exact timelines for implementing the announced features have not yet been specified.
