Capcom Removed Denuvo from Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD-2D Remake Themselves
About five months after launch, Square Enix pushed an update for Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD-2D Remake that strips out the Denuvo DRM. The collection reworks two classic JRPGs into a single release; the devs merged the originals and dressed them in HD-2D, so those tiny pixel heroes now move through layered, tactile landscapes — sometimes delightfully odd, sometimes oddly familiar.
