The developers of Battlefield 6 pushed out an update.
It brings a fresh map, Hagental Base — not just a palette swap but new chokepoints and sightlines. There's also a mode where combat shifts to night-time on existing locations; visibility changes things, for sure.
A temporary event, Red Bull Supermoto, has kicked off inside the royal battle REDSEC. Expect off-road motorcycle races (yes, motorcycles racing in a BR — odd combo, I know). Meanwhile, Fort Lyndon received tweaks and added spots to explore/hold.
New rideables and guns arrived: motorcycles M1030-M1 and TM/O 450, the submachine gun CZ3A1, plus the automatic vz. 61.
The team says the update includes more than 300 various fixes and improvements. Big-ticket items: vehicle performance got reworked (e.g., handling and durability), the network layer and hit registration were revisited, and there are changes to mortars. FYI, bots received attention too — AI should drive and use vehicles more competently now.
