British actress Emily Crawford has joined the cast of the Assassin's Creed adaptation on Netflix. She is known for her roles in the series "Beautiful Things" and "Servant's House," and this year we will see her in the series "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" set in the "Game of Thrones" universe (premiere on January 18).
Netflix greenlit the Assassin's Creed show in July 2025. It will be a "high-octane thriller" about the conflict between Templars and Assassins, whose members experience "key historical events." The setting might be moved to Ancient Rome.
The series will also feature Toby Wallace ("Bikers"), Lola Petticrew ("Say Nothing"), Zachary Hart ("The Witcher: Origin"), and Laura Marcus ("Andor"). It is expected that they, including Crawford, will portray original characters not from the games.
