AMD Ryzen 500 Will Feature FSR 4 Support Directly in Integrated Graphics

According to the latest data from compiler patches and insider reports, the next generation of AMD APUs codenamed Medusa Point (Ryzen 500 series) will bring a long-awaited update to integrated graphics. The main innovation will be the RDNA 4m architecture. Previously, it was believed that RDNA 4 wouldn't reach integrated graphics at all, and AMD would skip directly from RDNA 3.5 to RDNA 5/UDNA.

As a result, thanks to RDNA 4m, the integrated graphics of Ryzen 500 will be fully compatible with FSR 4, the "red team's" AI upscaler. The processor cores in Medusa Point will be based on the Zen 6 architecture, and the release of these "chips" is expected in 2027.
